MOORREESBURG

Moorreesburg is on the long branch that leave the main Cape Town-Johannesburg line at Kraaifontein and continues for a distance of almost 500 kms to Bitterfontein. A small detector locked signalling installation with semaphores was here until the late 1980s, in front of the station building, shown here.
